Return Policy

We do not refund for change of mind, so please be very careful before buying the products. A refund for any other reason will be given only if the product is unused and is sealed in original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Wax heaters and other electrical devices must not have been plugged in, used with wax, damaged, modified, or installed. Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used wax heaters or opened consumable products unless the item is faulty.

Courier charges are not refundable. Please contact us to return it to us in original condition within 7 days of receipt, and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund to your original payment method where applicable. Additional shipping charges may apply for non-faulty returns.
