Orders are processed and shipped *Monday to Friday*, excluding weekends and New Zealand public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed and shipped on the *next working day*. Orders placed during business days will generally be processed and dispatched on the *next working day*.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

Standard Courier Delivery takes 3-7 business days for most locations across New Zealand, 

Please note that rural and remote areas may take slightly longer due to delivery logistics.

We require a valid contact number at checkout so our courier team can reach you with delivery updates or any questions about your order.

If you prefer faster service, in-store collection is available immediately after your purchase is confirmed. Simply call us or book an appointment to arrange your pickup at our store.
